A tour to the Peoplecall Callhops in Abidjan



During my visit to Ivory Coast, I dedicated together with the DTS team a day to visit Peoplecall Callshops in order to have a feedback from the street and asking the owner or the person managing the callshop their needs.
My first impression, all of them using our merchandising, they appreciate it:



In the market of Abidjan Peoplecall is becoming the provider for the callshops and the brand recognition in this field is pretty high.
All of the visited callshops are using our RMS as the application to manage the callshop:


And the main needs of every callshop is to reduce the prices, this is quite common in this market taking into account that they are competing in many cases in the same street, of course we can not force to all our callshops to have the same selling price. But every one was telling me that the quality that we are providing is the best, and some of them recognize that they have tested other suppliers but we are by far the quality leader.
To finalize I would like to say all of them: Tank you for the confidence that they have in Peoplecall, and we are compromized with them to provide a top service helping with merchandising, .....
