Due to the language and cultural afinities I started by Hispanoamerica, we had some contacts finding some partners and we started, after 4 years we see that our effort has been directed to other areas, as you can deduct from my posts, and it is the time to have some thoughts for the origin of our international activity.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Today we have presence in several countries, but actual presence only in two, Bolivia and Colombia, and we would like to reinforce this presence in both countries, where we are sure we have a lot of room to grow, we will support our partners in both places. In parallel we will work to make a good evolution in other places where we have good partners, like Costa Rica, and we will be present sooner in big countries where we are not, like Brazil. The second one, the offer to corporations and enterprises, they do a global solution, in many cases doing hosting of the application, drived by the big telcos, like AT&amp;amp;T, BT,Telefonica,....., the third one for domestic users, based in PC with an application to use in comunities, like Skype and the forth one, providing low cost international calls, focussed in places where the international telephony is very expensive, like Net2Phone, Deltathree, Mediaring and of course Peoplecall.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apart of the second family, where the big telcos provide a solution in their global offer, and to get figures is almost impossible, it is in the global revenues of the company. I will speak about the rest, and I will focuss my words in the last group where we are.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first group, Vonage is the best welknown, if we think in their model, the last quarter that they publish figures is Q1/07, where they have losses from operation 72Musd, the cumulative losses with more tahn 800Musd, from me the figures are out of my understanding, and the first thought that I have, the model is profitable around the time?, they will recover the big amount of money invested in the company?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;About the third group, I can not add any thing new, taking into account the last news about Skype/eBay.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If we put our focuss in our group, and we see the last information provided by the companies, the enviroment is as follow:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Net2Phone, after the merge with IDT we can not get figures, but he last ones where really bad.&lt;br /&gt;- Mediaring, in the first half of 2007, they got losses of 2Musd and they have cumulative losses of more than 150Musd&lt;br /&gt;- Deltathree, they got losses of close to 3Musd, and cumulative losses more than 70Musd&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After seeing this enviroment, it is difficult to think that this market, Ip Telephony could provide profits, in other hand Peoplecall is profitable, why?:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- We are a small company, totally focussed in our market segment, providing the service totally oriented to the needs , and beeing as close as possible to the customer.&lt;br /&gt;- We are based in a partner relationship, based in the loyalty in the relation&lt;br /&gt;- This market segment is for other model of company not based in the stock exchange uses, changing the strategy depending of the value of the share.&lt;br /&gt;- We are totally adapted to the revenues that we have, it means that we don´t fly speaking about the future we live with the reality of the moment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are sure that we have a long future in this market: "keeping small to be big". Today we can say that the business evolution and the professionalism that they have will up the business of the country a lot.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would like to comment this model that is just the best way to do our business development from the bottom to the top.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are very proud to have DTS as part of Peoplecall family, and we give the three partners, Drouho, Tonde and Sylla our best congratullations. I dedicated a complete day to visit the callshops of peoplecall to know the enviroment where they are. We plan to do it in two or three steeps, first to develop West Africa from the great results that we are having in Ivory Coast, we plan to have people there to develop the area and starting in Nigeria, Benin, Burkina Fasso and Mali. We will make a big effort with our partners to make them selling more, to let them being more profitable. We as peoplecall have a good solution, we provide a whole solution, Sw to manage the rates and the shop and Hw to coonect the cabinets in Ip. We were analizing a little bit their offer and we took some ways of doing it:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- To select an agent per country, and only one, it allowed to have a better acknoledge of the country enviroment. And as they are sure about our support the beginning is very less tought. Our goal was to have partners not to get money from them at the beginning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- To provide a powerfull tool to the agent, allowing them to manage the business, without a continous needs from peoplecall. We should be in touch only to see how to sell more.
